About me

I am a journalist and author who lives in Dublin with my nine-year-old daughter. I write for a number of publications including Sunday Independent, Irish Independent, Irish Tatler and Image magazine where my weekly column Things Fall Apart appeared from March 2018 - March 2020 and formed the basis of my bestselling first book How to Fall Apart. I am also the host of the podcast How to Fall Apart: a Podcast about Picking up the Pieces, examining how people coped or didn’t cope during the difficult times in life. In my interviews and writing, I like to cover about everything from relationships, mental health, parenting, work, addiction, illness, to fashion, and life in general.
